we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below for more information:

For all in-stock items, we offer standard shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. We process and ship orders within 1 business day after receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

If your delivery is delayed due to external factors (weather, high demand, etc.), we ask for your patience, as these situations are out of our control.

If you’ve placed an order for a Made to order item, please be aware that the shipping timeline will be different. Made To Order (Pre-order) items require additional processing and manufacturing time before they can be shipped. As a result, delivery typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your order.

Here’s a breakdown of the pre-order shipping process:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing a pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. This email/SMS will detail the estimated shipping date for your pre-order item with updates on when your order will finish being made to be shipped to all customers.

  2. Processing & Fulfillment: During the pre-order period, we will work diligently to manufacture and package your items. We will notify you immediately if there are any delays or changes to the expected shipping date.

  3. Shipping & Tracking: Once your made to order item is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. From this point, follow the same shipping timeline as our standard orders (2-3 business days).

Please note: Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items. If you place both in-stock and pre-order items in one order, you may receive separate shipments for each.

Important Notes:

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
